Have you consciously thought about what stories are running your life? We often have unconscious narratives directing how we operate, and we hold ourselves to unrealistic expectations that turn out not to be set by us, but by society or our family or social media instead.
WE are the main characters in our lives and yet we’re often being puppeteered by other people’s stories.

Ask yourself what does a Good Mother look like for ME? What are MY values and am I living in alignment with that?
